For the last few months, Iā??ve witnessed this property take a major downturn. When I moved in, Matt and Tai were incredibly supportive, professional, and hard- working managers creating a positive experience for all residents no matter their age, race, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, etc. The location of the property is ideal; near the Broadmoor and right up against Cheyennne mountain. Thereā??s wildlife in the area, and a beautiful creek that runs right by the property along with a log cabin bed and breakfast. This property is a perfect Colorado getaway. The pool area, the patio, and the urban/artsy feel captured my interest immediately, along with the fun and charismatic managers. I moved in excited to experience all that Colorado has to offer in one of the most progressive areas of Colorado Springs. Unfortunately, a few months after I moved in, I no longer saw the smiling faces of the previous managers, and I began to notice trash being dumped in the beautiful creek beside the property. The elevator remained broken for several months at a time. When the issues were brought to the new managerā??s attention, they went unaddressed continuously. The property no longer felt like home. When I found out recently that Tai had returned to the property, I could not be any more excited. Within a week weekly newsletters were put on doors, issues were taken care of that hadnā??t been addressed in months. She genuinely cares about her residents and the property and it shows. I am excited to see this apartment community return to its former state and/or excel as a Colorado Springs urban, artsy, and progressive place! Thanks Tai!
